Job Description

  • Customer Satisfaction: Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Information Accuracy: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and offer alternatives.
  • Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Mandate System Requirements

  • Device: Own Laptop or Desktop with minimum Core i3 gen 7 processor
  • Memory: RAM – 8 GB or above
  • Operating System: Genuine Windows 10 or 11
  • Internet Connection: Minimum 20 MBPS Internet Speed (Broadband connection)
  • Headphones: Noise-cancelling headphones
  • Power Backup: Reliable power backup for uninterrupted work
