Candidate Profile:

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking individuals with prior experience in Voice Process.

Educational Qualifications: HSC, B.COM, BA, BSC, BBA, M.COM, MSC & MA (Please note that candidates with BTECH, BCA, MBA, LLB, B.PHARMA & BSC (IT), BE degrees are not eligible).

Work Environment:

• Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
• Openness to work night shifts is essential.
• The work schedule entails 5 days of work and 2 rotational days off.
• Candidates are required to have completed their vaccination.

Geographical Consideration:

• Candidates should reside within a 25 km radius of WIPRO Gacchibowli.

Documentation Requirements:

• Candidates should possess the following documents: Experience Letter, the last 3 months’ Payslips, and Releasing Letter from the last organization.
• All educational and government documents must also be provided.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English communication is a prerequisite.

Experience Requirement:

• A minimum of 9 months’ experience in BPO Voice Process is necessary.

Location:

• The candidate’s current location should be in Hyderabad.

Immediate Joining:

• We are looking for candidates who can join immediately.
