Hiring Criteria:

  • Freshers or maximum 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • 5 days working
  • Day shift

  • Identifies staffing needs and accordingly source the candidates from Different portals
  • Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums.
  • Screening and interviews candidates.
  • Learning ability.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying Staffing Needs: Understand the requirements of different departments within the organization and identify the staffing needs accordingly.
  2. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize recruitment portals effectively to source suitable candidates for various job positions within the company.
  3. Building Recruitment Networks: Create and maintain a network on social media and other platforms to attract potential candidates and promote job opportunities within the organization.
  4. Screening Candidates: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for the job positions.
  5. Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability for the roles.
  6. Assessing Candidates: Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
  7. Coordinating Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  8. Maintaining Candidate Database: Keep track of candidate information and maintain a database for future reference.
  9. Assisting in Onboarding Process: Support the onboarding process by providing necessary information and assistance to new hires.
  10. Learning and Development: Continuously learn and update knowledge about recruitment trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
  11. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with hiring managers and other team members to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and priorities.
  12. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documentation and reports as required by the organization.
  13. Meeting Targets: Meet recruitment targets and deadlines set by the organization to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
  14. Supporting HR Initiatives: Assist in other HR initiatives and projects as required by the HR team or management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Passionate about HR: Genuine interest in human resources and recruitment, showing enthusiasm for the field.
  • Educational Background: Any graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with a specialization in HR.
  • Basic Understanding of Recruitment Portals: Familiarity with online recruitment platforms is essential for sourcing candidates effectively.
  • Experience Level: Freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners who can start working promptly are preferred.
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable with a 5-day workweek and day shifts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office for handling various administrative tasks associated with recruitment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with candidates and team members effectively.
