Position: Customer Support Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice communication for New Zealand consumers and enterprises.
- Investigate and address customer concerns, process failures, and advisor issues effectively.
- Strive to leave a positive impression on customers during every interaction, aligning with NPS and team goals.
- Take ownership of issues and diligently follow up to achieve first-call resolution and meet SLA targets.
- Identify areas for improved customer service efficiency and communicate suggestions.
- Understand and align with Vodafone’s vision and goals, contributing to team objectives and relationships.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
