Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is currently seeking candidates for the position of International Voice Process (Telecom).
Requirements:
– Minimum of 12 months of experience in International Inbound Voice Processes.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Experience in Business-to-Customer (B2C) voice processes.
– Basic understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
– Ability to handle various customer queries and adapt to different customer types.
– Capability to provide analytical and logical responses to customer inquiries.
