Job Opportunity for Freshers: Customer Support (Voice Process)
Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual seeking a rewarding career opportunity? We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive in our International Voice Process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a part of our International Process team, you will be responsible for handling customer calls from various countries, including the U.S, UK, Canada, Australia, and more. This role involves providing support for both products and services.
Skills Required:
We are looking for candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities. Successful candidates should be capable of interacting with customers over calls and addressing service-related queries. The ability to work in rotational and night shifts (US) is essential.
Salary Package:
Competitive salary ranging from INR 2.8 L.P.A to 3.5 L.P.A, along with additional incentives and goodies.

Eligibility Criteria:

– Remote work is not available; the position requires on-site presence.
– Virtual interviews will not be conducted.
– Non-voice requirements are not applicable.
