We are currently hiring for International Voice Process & Non-Voice roles for both freshers and experienced candidates.
Role & Responsibilities
An International Voice Process & Non-Voice Job involves handling calls and chats from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S. and Dubai. These roles include providing product and service support or technical support to resolve customer issues.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Both undergraduate and graduate candidates are welcome
- 24/7 shifts with rotational week offs (5 days working a week)
- ROI – JAM, Assessment & Operations Round
- Two-way cab facility available only during night shifts within 25kms from office premises
- Must be comfortable working from the office
- Immediate joiners only
- No virtual interviews available
- Out of station candidates are strictly not eligible
- Candidates currently pursuing education are strictly not eligible
