Job Opportunity: Customer Service International Voice Process
We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates for a Customer Service International Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in international customer service and who possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Join Sutherland’s team as a Customer Service Representative and utilize your expertise to provide exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and systems, supported by a dedicated team of leaders and peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries across various categories
- Demonstrate active listening skills and utilize probing questions effectively
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
- Both freshers and experienced individuals with excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work from the office
- Experience: Consideration given to candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience
- Fluent in English
- Assessment rounds will include JAM, Voice & Chat, and Operations
- Must be flexible to work rotational shifts
- Five working days per week
- One-way cab facility available for candidates living within a 25-kilometer radius of the office premises
- Virtual interviews are not available
