Growth Marketing Intern.

Responsibilities:
- Helping develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain users.
- Researching the market to spot new growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Working closely with the marketing team to enhance campaigns on various platforms like social media, email, and content marketing.
- And Analyzing campaign performance using data to suggest improvements.
- Assisting in improving our website and landing pages to increase conversion rates.
- Supporting A/B tests and experiments to fine-tune our marketing efforts.
- Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Sharp analytical skills to understand data and turn it into practical insights.
- Great written and spoken communication abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have at least completed their undergraduate degree.
Salary Details:
The average annual compensation for a Growth Marketing Intern at Springworks is estimated to be around Rs 3.0 lakhs, which corresponds to a monthly salary of approximately Rs 25,000.
