Selection Process:

• Registration online assessment will be done
• Shortlisting by the organization
• Final selection based on candidates’ overall performance in the online assessment and personal interview
• Acceptance of offer letter and joining the program

Benefits:

• Minimum age requirement: 21 to 32 years
• Rs. 15,000 stipend provided along with Rs. 1,000 for transport expenses and Rs. 1,000 for project-related expenses
• Upon completion of the training program, a Rs. 70,000 re-adjustment allowance will be provided
