• Review, implement, and decide on allocated cases for Video KYC processes: This includes close coordination with the customer and the sales team spokes through video KYC verification for potential/current customer base (as per defined process/procedure).
• Ensure 100% adherence to the defined rules/procedures for KYC documents (Officially Valid Documents – OVDs) along with Video KYC processes.
• Ensure accurate updates of the decision-making files/system for final decisions on cases.
• Meet benchmark productivity/accuracy & TAT targets and support team goals for the same.
• Prioritize and ensure closure of urgent customer/internal stakeholder emails as well as VKYC referrals.

Skills:

• Highlight concerns/RCAs of customers for changes.
• Handle and track assigned specific responsibilities for any new changes in procedures/systems/processes.
• Ensure zero complaints from internal and external customers by performing responsibilities accurately and timely.
• Fulfill unusual requests, escalations, queries, and operations required by the business.

Salary:

Selected candidates for these positions will receive a monthly salary of up to ₹20,000 as soon as they join.
