Calling All Recent Graduates! We are looking for enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
About the Opportunity This is a full-time, permanent position in our Voice Process department. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to insurance claims. The role involves tasks like checking claim status, asking clarifying questions, documenting interactions, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
We Offer
- Competitive salary: ₹2.15 lacs to ₹2.59 lacs per annum
- 5-day work week: Saturday & Sunday off

Eligibility
- Recent graduates: Pass-outs from 2021, 2022, or 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BCom, BBA, BA, BPharma, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills: Verbal and written
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Night shifts: Willingness to work night shifts
- Office-based: Must be able to work from the office
