Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Sales Executive at Paytm in AllIndia. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and businesses to use Paytm for digital payments. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential leads, conducting sales visits, understanding merchant requirements, facilitating onboarding, and providing ongoing support to ensure merchant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants
- Knowledge of the local market and competition
- Experience in field sales or business development
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems
- Proficient in using technology for sales tracking and reporting
- Prior experience in the payments or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
