Responsibilities:
- Fostering employee engagement and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Keeping track of employee engagement and delight efforts through weekly MIS and dashboards.
- Actively implementing and overseeing employee delight initiatives.
- Managing the employee delight budget, handling vendor relationships, and handling invoicing.
- Gaining practical experience in engagement-related design projects and HR analytics.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Effective communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of creating an engaging and lively atmosphere.
- Outgoing and comfortable with interacting with people.
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have at least completed their graduate degree.
Salary Details:
The expected salary for the HR Associate position is approximately Rs 30,800 to Rs 40,000 per month.
Age Limit:
To be eligible, candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old.
