Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an engaging curriculum based on the Kido method, tailored to the children’s age and developmental stage.
- Observe, assess, and maintain accurate records of children’s progress, sharing this information with parents.
- Collaborate with parents, keeping them informed and engaged in their child’s learning journey.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of children, adhering to Kido’s stringent health and safety protocols.
- Cultivate an inviting and stimulating learning environment that mirrors and celebrates children’s interests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, assess, and enhance the Kido curriculum, ensuring consistency.
- Take an active role in professional development, attending training and staying updated on Early Years education developments.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in teaching skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a graduate degree.
Salary Details:
On average, a UK Educator at Kido can expect a monthly salary of approximately Rs 23,300, which translates to an annual income of around 2.8 lakhs.
Age Limit:
Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old. Kido does not specify an upper age limit.
Selection Process:
