Job Description: Technical Support Associate (Immediate Joiners)

About the Job:

Are you a customer service professional intrigued by technology? If so, you’re in the right place! We seek a self-motivated individual with a strong technical background for the role of Technical Support Associate. Your primary task will be to provide multi-level assistance by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues for our clients, aiming to deliver optimal solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot: Address customer issues via chat, remote access, and diagnostics.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with customers, offering technical advice and recommendations.
  • Network Management: Resolve network and connection issues efficiently.
  • Expectation Management: Manage customer expectations regarding response times.
  • Customer Engagement: Go above and beyond to engage with customers, ensuring satisfaction through issue resolution.

Candidate Profile:

  • Judgment Skills: Ability to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions promptly.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new skills and information from the customer’s perspective rapidly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Exposure:

  • Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Shift Availability: Willingness to work night shifts (24/7).
  • Work Environment: Comfortable with 100% office-based work.
