Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the International Voice & Chat Process. This role revolves around delivering exceptional customer support, engaging in meaningful conversations, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
– Providing customer support through both Voice and Chat channels.
– Addressing customer complaints with a high level of professionalism.
– Skillfully resolving complaints in accordance with established guidelines.
– Building strong rapport with customers to enhance their experience.
– Overcoming objections and effectively closing business deals.
Desired Skills:
We value candidates with the following skillset:
– Proficiency in navigating ecommerce websites.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent comprehension.
– Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
– Exceptional interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, with a strong inclination for teamwork.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
– Graduates or Undergraduates (No pursuing candidates).
– Minimum understanding of Customer Service, with at least 6 months of experience in international voice or chat support.
– Freshers with outstanding verbal and written communication skills are encouraged to apply.
– Flexibility to work in both Voice and Chat support capacities.
– Immediate availability is preferred.
– Fully committed to office-based work.
– Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including Night Shifts, Late Night Shifts, and rotational shifts.
