India Post GDS Result 2024: Circle-wise Merit List & Cut Off Marks!

The India Post GDS online application window has been active since 15 July 2024. Interested candidates can apply for the Gramin Dak Sevaks posts before 05 August 2024. Candidates who have registered or plan to register for the 44,228 GDS posts (Branch Postmaster (BPM)/Dak Sevaks/Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM)) during the application period from 15 July 2024 to 05 August 2024 must be wondering about their results. Candidates who have registered or are planning to register for the India Post GDS 2024 recruitment drive can check the results based on the merit list by following these steps on the official website:

  2. Look for the India Post GDS 2024 results in the latest news section.
  3. Click the result link and enter your 2024 GDS Division registration number and security code.
  4. After submitting the details, your India Post GDS 2024 results will appear on your screen.
  5. Save or print the result for the next stage of physical document verification to the Divisional verifying authority.

Documents Required for India Post GDS 2024 Documentation

After the declaration of the results, shortlisted candidates will be notified about the designated verifying authority for document verification. Candidates must prepare the following documents (original and two sets of self-attested copies):

  • Identity proof (Aadhar Card, etc.)
  • Matriculation mark sheet
  • PwD Certificate (if applicable)
  • DOB proof
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • EWS Certificate (if applicable)
  • Transgender Certificate (if applicable)
  • Medical Certificate

Shortlisted candidates will report to the VA within 15 days of the document verification notification. After successful document verification, shortlisted candidates will receive an offer of provisional engagement via text message. After the provisional offer, candidates are required to report to the Engaging authority within 15 days with all the original and self-attested copies of the above documents. After the two-stage verification, shortlisted candidates will be appointed to the designated posts in the respective divisional branch.
