Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities: The primary role of a Customer Service Representative is to address customer queries and concerns via phone, email, or other digital platforms and provide effective resolutions.
Key Requirements:
- Provide support and resolve issues through various communication channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Delivering satisfactory services to customers.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Structure: INR 12,000 to 28,000 (Take-home pay after deductions)
- Free transportation (Home Pickup and Drop).
- Transport allowance if cab is not utilized (only for male employees).
- Medical insurance for self and dependents.
Job Details:
- Rotational US Shifts (including midnight shifts).
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualifications: PUC/Intermediate/10+3 (Diploma)/Graduation
- Experience: 0-5 years
- Age Criteria: 18 years to 40 years
