Educational Qualification:
- LDC: 12th pass with typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
- UDC: Bachelor’s degree with similar typing requirements.

- SC/ST/PwD/ExSm/Female: No fee
