Background: ICICI Bank Phone Banking offers a range of facilities enabling corporate customers to conduct various banking activities from their premises. The Phone Banking Officer is tasked with delivering excellent service to customers regarding their banking, financial, and investment needs.
Purpose of the Job: This position involves resolving customer queries efficiently over the phone and engaging in cross-selling banking products to existing customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling and resolving customer complaints/queries over the phone.
- Providing customers with relevant product and service information.
- Cross-selling various banking products to customers over the phone.
Key Skills:
- Fluency in spoken English and Hindi languages.
- Openness to work in rotational shifts.
