Position: Customer Support Associate – International Non Voice Process

Job Summary: We are seeking self-motivated individuals with outstanding customer service and sales skills to join our team as Customer Support Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for providing multi-level assistance to customers through chat, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the best possible solutions to achieve customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through chat and handle their queries and concerns from start to finish.
- Generate leads and assist in determining pricing schedules for promotions and negotiations.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers.
- Demonstrate an exceptional commitment to resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Build strong rapport with customers and promptly address and resolve their concerns.
- Manage customer expectations by providing estimated response times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Open to candidates with any experience level
- Compensation: CTC ranging from 3L to 4L with the potential for huge incentives
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days off
