Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to inbound customer calls by staying updated on training and internal communications.
- Build customer loyalty through in-depth knowledge of key products and services.
- Take ownership of and resolve customer issues, knowing when and how to escalate when necessary.
- Implement the Group compliance policy, Operational Risk, and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Requirements) for RBWM Centers.
- Maintain awareness of all Operational Risk elements associated with the role in compliance with SOX for contact centers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in required language(s) for the process.
- Availability for flexible/24/7 shifts.
- Flexibility, customer-centric approach, and ability to thrive in a team environment by seeking feedback and being open to development.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
