Job Profile: International Semi Voice (Customer Support)
Responsibility: Provide customer support to international customers
Shift Timings: Flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts (9 hours)
Desired Skills: Excellent Communication skills in English
Working Days: 5 days working
Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs (Rotational Shifts)
Transport: Pick up and drop Cab facility is provided within 35 km of the boundary limit.
Rounds of Interview: HR, Voice and Accent, Assessment, Operations Round.
