Job Details and Requirements

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th passed.
• Batch: 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 batches can apply.
• Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls on a variety of issues.
• Update and accurately process information into the system(s).
• Resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
• Take ownership and deliver on customer commitments.
