- Craft and enhance content to meet our business objectives, making learning more accessible.
- Revamp content using industry best practices when necessary.
- Create, edit, and manage training materials.
- Design engaging eLearning and gamification courses to improve learning efficiency.
- Develop user-friendly, SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as copyright and data protection.
- Establish an editorial calendar and coordinate the content team.
- Stay informed about industry developments and brainstorm new ideas to captivate our audience.
- Meet project implementation deadlines.
- Achieve measurable benefits from implemented projects/processes.
- Adhere to business dashboard schedules.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Proficient in relevant technical and soft skills for the role.
- Stays updated on the latest program information and industry developments.
- Able to document activities and interpret information effectively.
- Demonstrates strong writing and presentation abilities.
- Possesses good computer and database skills.
- Capable of creating a content development plan.
- Invests in personal development.
- Understands the business model and current content structure.
Educational Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in any field.
Salary Details:
The monthly salary will be approximately Rs 32,400.
Age Limit:
To be eligible, candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old.
