Job Description: Customer Support Agent

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Query Handling:

• Address customer queries and provide assistance via email promptly.
• Proactively grasp and understand customer concerns to provide effective solutions.

2. Multitasking:

• Exhibit patience and proficiency in handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

3. Customer Needs Analysis:

• Identify and analyze customer needs to offer accurate and efficient support, enhancing overall customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Professional Communication:

• Capable of handling customer queries with professionalism, clarity, and conciseness.

2. Language Proficiency:

• Excellent written English communication skills are essential.

3. Night Shift Availability:

• Ability to work during night shifts as per organizational requirements.

4. Payroll Background:

• Preferred background or understanding of payroll processes would be advantageous.

5. Location Specific:

• Applicants must be located in Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Compensation:

• Bangalore: ₹2,28,204 LPA
• Hyderabad: ₹2,20,000 LPA

Documents Required:

• Government ID: Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID or Passport.
• Education:
  • 2022 Passouts: All mark sheets must be available.
  • 2021 & Earlier: Consolidated mark sheet and degree certificate required.
