Job Description: Customer Support Agent
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Query Handling:
- Address customer queries and provide assistance via email promptly.
- Proactively grasp and understand customer concerns to provide effective solutions.
- Multitasking:
- Exhibit patience and proficiency in handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Customer Needs Analysis:
- Identify and analyze customer needs to offer accurate and efficient support, enhancing overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Professional Communication:
- Capable of handling customer queries with professionalism, clarity, and conciseness.
- Language Proficiency:
- Excellent written English communication skills are essential.
- Night Shift Availability:
- Ability to work during night shifts as per organizational requirements.
- Payroll Background:
- Preferred background or understanding of payroll processes would be advantageous.
- Location Specific:
- Applicants must be located in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
Compensation:
- Bangalore: ₹2,28,204 LPA
- Hyderabad: ₹2,20,000 LPA
Documents Required:
- Government ID: Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID or Passport.
- Education:
- 2022 Passouts: All mark sheets must be available.
- 2021 & Earlier: Consolidated mark sheet and degree certificate required.
