Position: Content Moderator.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client product support for customers via calls, chats, or emails in the support center.
- Provide support for various client products, such as Analytics and YouTube.
- Ensure efficient and timely service delivery for multiple clients across teams.
- Collaborate with functional leads to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with the Business Development team to expand services and acquire new clients.
- Develop and oversee risk and mitigation plans in consultation with project stakeholders.
- Serve clients through Account Managers or directly through various applications.
- Regularly report performance status and handle any escalations to the manager.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Graduates with no backlogs are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills are highly valued.
- Immediate joiners among fresh graduates are encouraged.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills are essential attributes.
Age Limit:
Applicants who are 18 years old and above are eligible to apply.
