Job Specification:

Departments: MAB (Merchant Acquiring Business), SBB (Business), Home loan, Personal loan, and other Loans.

Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in any sales profile (Field Sales). Freshers who are enthusiastic about building a career in sales are also welcome to apply.

Qualification: Candidates must have completed a minimum of Intermediate (12th) pass/Graduate/Post Graduate.

Salary Range: Maximum of Rs. 25,000/- CTC.

Job Description:

A) Maintaining productivity as prescribed by the business team.

B) Keeping track of DSR (Daily Sales Report) and timely reporting of business leads through CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

C) Attending morning huddles for team coordination.

D) Maintaining strong relationships with bank branches and other stakeholders.

E) Introducing new connectors to the company for loan purposes.

F) Ensuring a healthy customer relationship from the initial stages until post-disbursement.

G) Adhering to the company’s norms and policies related to compliance.
