Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve issues related to Amazon’s digital services and products (e.g., Kindle, Echo, Fire TV).
- Provide top-notch technical assistance to customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
- Utilize various technologies to assess and solve problems in real-time.
- Research solutions and effectively communicate with customers.
- Take responsibility for handling escalations when necessary.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to communicate with all customers in a clear and accurate manner.
- Strong documentation abilities.
- Capacity to focus and see a customer’s issue through to resolution.
- Proficiency in working independently and as part of a team.
- Competence in operating a desktop or laptop computer.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer on Windows XP.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Logical and rational problem-solving abilities.
- Action-oriented and self-disciplined.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have at least completed their undergraduate degree.
Salary Details:
The position of Assistant for Digital Devices and Alexa comes with an annual salary ranging from Rs 3.9 to Rs 4.2LPA.
Age Limit:
To be eligible, candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old.
