Responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate:

In the role of an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your primary objectives are to proactively address issues, resolve queries, and exceed customer expectations. Serving as the initial point of contact, you will handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and/or email, covering a spectrum from order and product inquiries to payment-related matters and website guidance. Utilizing various tools, you will navigate, research, and provide solutions while maintaining effective communication with customers.

Working Hours:

This position necessitates flexibility in working hours to align with customer needs. You will be scheduled for variable shifts, including overnight, day, and late shifts, with a minimum weekly commitment of 40 hours (e.g., 4×10 hours or 5×8 hours). Shift patterns will vary within the operational hours of 6 am to 11 pm from Sunday to Monday, and occasional work on national holidays may be required. Specific schedule details will be communicated closer to your start date.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Right to work in India
  • Proficient communication skills in English (both written and oral)
  • Computer literacy and experience
  • Availability for varied shifts within the operational hours of 6 am to 11 pm from Monday to Sunday
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime as necessary
