- Work closely with HR business partners to understand their needs and objectives.

Skills Required for HR Partner Analyst:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Microsoft Excel, data visualization platforms, or specialized HR analytics software.
- Solid understanding of human resources principles, practices, and policies, with knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex HR analytics clearly to HR teams, business leaders, and stakeholders.
