India Post GDS Recruitment 2025 Eligibility

GDS Educational Qualification: The education qualification required for the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) is 10th Class/ Matric Pass from any recognized board in India.

GDS Age Limit: The age limit to apply for the Gramin Dak Sevak posts is 18-40 years. The crucial date for the calculation of the age limit is the last date of the GDS Online Form 2025.

India Post GDS Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

• The selection for the India Post GDS will be done based on marks obtained by the candidate in the 10th class. The merit list will be prepared State-wise/ Circle-wise and the candidates will be called for the document verification (DV). The department may release more than one merit list if the vacancies are not filled from the first Merit list after the document verification.
