Job Description

Deputy Manager Responsibilities
- Application Development: Develop applications using the latest development technologies to meet various business needs.
- Business Solutions: Create solutions that maximize business value.
- Business Requirement Analysis: Analyze business requirements to design appropriate solutions.
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs and coding for proposed fixes.
- Project Responsibilities: Handle debugging, coding, implementation, maintenance, and quality assurance tasks.
- Testing: Perform unit and integration testing, summarize results, and manage the outcomes.
- Deployment: Oversee the deployment of applications after passing information security and user acceptance tests. Handle production bugs and provide necessary support.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all deliverables comply with development standards and system architecture.
- Documentation: Confirm that all test cases and scenarios are accurately documented. Maintain repositories for test cases and other related documentation.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
Roles, responsibilities, and activities will be assigned by the bank depending on the requirement. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) will be defined post-joining.
Education Requirements
- B.Tech. / B.E. in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or Electronics & Communications Engineering, with a minimum of 50% score, or
- MCA or equivalent, or
- M.Tech. / M.Sc. in the above disciplines from a recognized institution or university approved by the Government of India.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
Fee Details
- Application Fee: ₹750/- (Non-refundable) for General, EWS, and OBC candidates.
- No Fee: SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempt from paying fees.
Salary Structure
- Basic Pay: ₹48,480 – 85,920.
- Additional perks such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Provident Fund (PF), Contributory Pension Fund (NPS), Leave Fare Concession (LFC), Medical Facilities, and leave benefits will be provided as per the bank’s policies.
