Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the positions released by Railway, you must possess a degree in any field. Only those meeting this qualification will be able to submit their application.
Age Limit:
To apply for the jobs released by the Railway public sector, you need to be at least 18 years old, with a maximum age limit of 36 years for UR candidates. According to government regulations, SC/ST candidates are given a 5-year age relaxation, and OBC candidates are given a 3-year relaxation. Additionally, persons with disabilities are eligible for a relaxation of 10, 13, or 15 years, depending on the category. Candidates with reservations can also include this age relaxation when submitting their applications.
Application Fee:
To submit your application for these positions, you need to pay an application fee of ₹500/- as mentioned in the notification. You can pay this fee through online or offline modes. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempt from the application fee.
Selection Process:
The relevant government organization will conduct an online or offline exam as per the schedule mentioned in the notification. Candidates showing good performance in the exam will be offered jobs in the government organization.
Salary:
Selected candidates for the posts released by Railway will receive a monthly salary of ₹60,000/-. In addition to the salary, you will also be entitled to house rent allowance (HRA), travel allowance (TA), dearness allowance (DA), and other benefits.
