About the Role:

We are seeking specialists for our Inhouse Customer Experience team. As a specialist, your main duty will be to address and resolve customer issues while continuously finding innovative ways to enhance their experience.

In this role, you’ll work to ensure that problems are resolved quickly or appropriately flagged. You’ll contribute to improving support systems by identifying and reporting patterns to optimize customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Act with Integrity & Think Customer-First: Approach every interaction with honesty and prioritize the customer’s needs.
  • Handle PhonePe Queries: Address basic PhonePe account and transaction-related questions.
  • Adapt to Different Channels: Flexibly switch between phone and data channels.
  • Follow Process Guidelines: Adhere to specified processes to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Build Customer Trust: Establish trust through positive interactions.
  • Meet Productivity Goals: Achieve hourly and daily performance targets.
  • Leverage Internal Resources: Use available resources to drive resolutions.
  • Appropriate Escalation: Escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Recommend Improvements: Suggest ways to improve processes.
  • Engage & Educate Customers: Help customers fully utilize PhonePe.

Ideal Candidate Should:

  • Have Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Be a Quick Learner: Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Be an Active Listener: Handle objections effectively.
  • Demonstrate Customer Orientation: Adapt to various scenarios with a customer-first approach.
  • Be a Team Player: Flexible and open to feedback.
  • Multitask and Manage Time: Efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Speak English and Hindi: Proficiency in both languages.
  • Have Required Education: Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
  • Possess Relevant Experience: 0-2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Prefer Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in South Indian languages is a plus.
