Job Description
- Customer Satisfaction: Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Information Accuracy: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and offer alternatives.
- Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Policy Adherence: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Mandate System Requirements
- Device: Own Laptop or Desktop with minimum Core i3 gen 7 processor
- Memory: RAM – 8 GB or above
- Operating System: Genuine Windows 10 or 11
- Internet Connection: Minimum 20 MBPS Internet Speed (Broadband connection)
- Headphones: Noise-cancelling headphones
- Power Backup: Reliable power backup for uninterrupted work
