Role & Responsibilities
An International Voice Process Job involves handling calls from customers in various countries, particularly the U.S. and Dubai. Responsibilities include product and service support or technical support, where you will assist customers in resolving their issues.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Open to undergraduates and graduates
- 24/7 shifts with rotational week offs (5 days working week)
- ROI: JAM, Voice & Versant Round, Operations Round
- Two-way cab facility available for night shifts within 25 kms from office premises
- Candidates comfortable working from office only
- Immediate joiners needed
- No virtual interviews available
- Out of station candidates are strictly not eligible
