Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests while meeting all SLAs, including TAT, productivity, and quality standards.
- Actively participate in team-building activities.
- Demonstrate adaptability in learning new technologies and responding to changing business needs.
- Collaborate with teams to introduce process improvements or innovative ideas.
- Work from the office for all 5 days a week.
- Quickly and efficiently understand process knowledge.
