Are you a collections professional with experience in AR calling?
We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad! This is a great opportunity to build a career with a leading business process management company.
What you’ll do:
- Make outbound calls to recover past-due accounts receivable.
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with clients.
- Utilize your strong Excel skills to manage data and track progress.
What we’re looking for:
- College graduates are preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
- Live within 20 kilometers of the office (one-way cab provided).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
