Join the Team: Responsibilities

Research and Lead Sourcing: Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn to identify potential candidates.

Creative Recruitment Strategies: Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while infusing your creativity to surpass individual goals.

Candidate Screening: Screen potential candidates for our Campus Recruitment program.

Prospecting Meetings: Schedule initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow Campus Recruiters to achieve quarterly recruiting team goals.

Metrics Reporting: Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics to track progress.

Coordination: Coordinate with our interview and training teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements

Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must.

Interpersonal Skills: Great interpersonal and people skills are crucial for building relationships with candidates.

LinkedIn Experience: Experience with LinkedIn sourcing is preferred.

Sales and Marketing Experience: Outbound sales and marketing experience is a plus.

Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and meticulous work habits are necessary for accurate recruitment processes.

Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and enthusiastic about working on various projects.

Availability: Can join us from 15th May, 2024, for a one-month period.
