Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

• Provide efficient customer support services.

2. Issue Resolution:

• Ability to comprehend and resolve various customer queries effectively.

3. Communication Skills:

• Demonstrate good communication skills.

4. Customer Handling:

• Exhibit proficiency in handling customer interactions.

5. Writing Skills:

• Possess strong writing skills for constructing clear and coherent sentences.

6. Shift Flexibility:

• Comfortable working night shifts.

7. Typing Proficiency:

• Typing speed required: 35WPM with 90% accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Education:

• Graduation not mandatory.

2. Work Location:

• Bahadurpally, Hyderabad.

3. Flexibility:

• Available 24/7 with 2 rotational offs.

4. Transportation:

• Two-way cab facility provided.

Salary:

• For Fresher: ₹2.59 LPA
• For experienced candidates: Up to ₹4.1 LPA annually, based on experience.
