- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Hindi; fluency in South Indian languages is advantageous.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
- Experience: 0-2 years of customer-facing work experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Integrity and Customer Priority: Prioritize customer needs and uphold integrity in all interactions.
- Inquiry Handling: Address basic inquiries related to PhonePe accounts and transactions.
- Channel Efficiency: Ability to switch efficiently between phone and data channels.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Follow prescribed process guidelines to resolve issues.
- Building Trust: Foster trust with customers through effective interactions.
- Productivity Targets: Meet hourly and daily productivity targets.
- Resource Utilization: Utilize internal processes and resources for issue resolution.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate issues when necessary and seek support from relevant teams.
- Process Enhancement: Propose enhancements to existing processes.
- Customer Education: Educate customers to maximize their utilization of PhonePe services.
