Greetings from Sutherland! Currently, we are hiring for International Semi Voice Process for both Freshers and Experienced!
Role & Responsibilities
An International Voice Process Job entails executives handling calls from customers in various countries, particularly the U.S., Dubai, etc. These roles involve providing product and service support or technical assistance to resolve customer issues.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent Communication Skills required
- Freshers and Experienced candidates both eligible
- Both Undergraduate and Graduate candidates welcome
- 24/7 shifts with rotational week offs (5 days working per week)
- Selection process includes JAM, Voice & Versant Round, Operations Round
- Two-way cab facility available only for night shifts within 25Kms from office premises
- Candidates comfortable with office-based work can apply
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- No virtual interviews available
- Out-of-station candidates strictly not eligible
