Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Voice support to customers in a professional manner.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve them according to established guidelines.
• Develop rapport with customers to ensure positive interactions.
• Skillfully address objections and promote business opportunities.

Key Skills:

• Familiarity with e-commerce websites preferred.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication with strong comprehension skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute for Chat Process.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Undergraduate (not pursuing).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat or Voice support.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome.
• Flexibility to work in both Voice and Chat support roles.
• Immediate availability for joining.
• Full-time office-based position.
• Willingness to work flexible 24/7 shifts, including nights and rotational shifts.
