Responsibilities
Technical Support for Intel® Onboard Fleet Services SaaS Component
- Addressing customer problems, inquiries, payment issues, etc.
Technical Support for Mobileye 8 Connect Hardware
- Providing technical assistance.
Pre-sales Support for Intel® Onboard Fleet Services
- Handling queries from potential customers.
Support for Intel Hardware and OEM Products
- Assisting with technical queries via Call, Chat, and Email.
- Troubleshooting customer issues through Call, Chat, and Email.
- Conducting Remote Access Sessions when necessary.
Call Volume and Follow-ups
- Expected to handle 25 to 30 calls per day with an Average Handling Time (AHT) of 6-9 minutes.
- Following up on cases through Email and phone.
Knowledge Base Management
- Creating articles for handling queries.
Lean and Transformation Projects
- Identifying and taking ownership of improvement projects.
Qualifications We Seek
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in relevant languages such as English, Hindi, Telugu, Arabic (if applicable).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in B. Tech/ BCA/BSc Computer Science).
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, for client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, and Intel hardware.
- Familiarity with Desktop/Servers, Intel hardware, and OEM Products.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Capability in Customer Experience & Process Improvement.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Not on active CAP/PIP.
- No more than 2 NI ratings.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
