Job Responsibilities:

Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency required in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Assamese, Marathi, and Oriya.
Ability to Multi-task: Candidates should be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, set priorities, and be self-starters.
Rotational Shifts: Customer Care Representatives must be open to working in rotational and split shifts.
Shift Hours: 24/7 availability required.
Weekly Off: One rotational day off per week.
Qualification: Both Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible.

Salary:

CTC: 16,000 INR

Inhand: 12,800 INR

Eligibility:

System Requirements: Own system with Windows 10, RAM of 8GB, and i5 processor.
Internet Connectivity: Wifi/Broadband with a minimum speed of 50MBPS. Dongles are not allowed.
Equipment Needed: USB headset and web camera.
