Genpact Is Hiring 2024 For Voice Process jobs Apply Online
The Mega Virtual Drive for the Order to Cash role will be held on 18th March 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The work location is Hyderabad. We are inviting applications from individuals who possess a deep understanding of day-to-day operations in the Order to Cash process and have the ability to maintain SLAs while effectively solving queries related to collections and customer coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Making collection calls to customers and handling email/fax inquiries regarding invoices or sending hard copies as per customer requests.
- Identifying and rectifying unidentified cash and managing the end-to-end process of cash applications.
- Processing cash application functions for invoices at assigned sites, ensuring timely and accurate Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR).
- Following up on customer/internal disputes and questions, and liaising between departments to facilitate resolutions.
- Reconciling orders to match customer books, validating credits or debits, and initiating collection or refund processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation.
- B.Tech/M.Tech qualifications are not eligible for this opportunity.
- Strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
- Candidates should be comfortable with working from the office and in US Shifts (Night Shifts).
