Role & Responsibilities:

An International Non-Voice Process job entails handling chats/email from customers across various countries, including the U.S., Dubai, etc. These roles involve providing product and service support or technical assistance through chat to resolve customer issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Must be fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Freshers only.
• Both undergraduate and graduate candidates can apply.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts with rotational week-offs (5 days working a week).
• Selection process includes JAM, Chat and Email assessment, and Operations Round.
• Two-way cab facility provided for night shifts within 25Kms radius from the office.
• Candidates comfortable with office work only need to apply.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Virtual interviews not available.
• Out-of-station candidates strictly not eligible.
• Pursuing education candidates strictly not eligible.
