Job Title: Tech & Non-Tech Voice Process Positions Available Locations: Hyderabad & Bangalore Salary: Approximately 4 Lakhs per annum

Eligibility Criteria:

Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with strong listening, analytical, and logical skills.
Ability to comprehend and convey complex concepts effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with MS Office 2016, including Outlook, Exchange Servers, and Office 365.
Sound knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and Mac.
Good understanding of network and internet troubleshooting.
Experience in PDA (mobile devices) setup and troubleshooting.
Understanding of Active Directories and related insights.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely resolution for various end-user interactions including phone calls, emails, self-service tickets, chats, and voicemail.
Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests related to application software or hardware use.
Document all incidents and support requests in the CRM tool, ensuring appropriate closure or escalation of tickets.
Stay updated on ongoing issues, outages, and environment changes communicated through email and other channels.
Meet key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction Survey scores, Contact Quality, First Call Resolution, and Schedule Adherence.
Participate in coaching sessions to enhance performance.
Foster strong customer relationships with a professional demeanor, demonstrating self-motivation and excellent customer service.
Exhibit a quick learning curve, collaborate effectively within a team, and remain flexible to work 24×7 shifts.
Maintain regular attendance to avoid disciplinary actions and adhere to the organization’s Code of Ethics, Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic graduation is preferred, and candidates with 1+ years of experience will be considered favorably.
